These terms cover your use of this website and the process of requesting a stay. The specific terms of your stay — rates, deposit, cancellation and house rules — are the ones stated on your invoice and in your booking confirmation.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

Submitting a request through this site is not a booking and does not reserve any dates. We will review your request and confirm whether we can accommodate it.

If we approve your request, we will email you an invoice. Your dates are then held while that invoice is outstanding. The hold has a deadline, which is stated in the email and on your booking page.

Your booking is confirmed only when the invoice is paid in full. If the invoice is not paid before the hold expires, the dates are released and become available to other guests.

PRICING

The price shown when you request dates includes the nightly rate, any cleaning, pet or additional-guest fees, and applicable lodging taxes. That quoted price is what appears on your invoice. Rates for future dates may change, but a price we have already quoted and invoiced will not.

CANCELLATION

Our cancellation terms are stated on your booking confirmation. If you need to change or cancel a stay, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

USING THIS WEBSITE

You may not use this site to submit false booking requests, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

ACCURACY

We work to keep availability, pricing and property details accurate and up to date. Availability is synced with the other platforms we list on, but in the rare event of an error we will contact you promptly and either resolve it or refund you in full.
